End to HIV/AIDS Travel Ban into United StatesToday, President Obama announced that his administration was ending the 22 year ban on entry into the United States for those with HIV/AIDS. Previously, the United States was one of just a few countries that had such a ban. So is it true that People with HIV and Aids can travel From Canada into the U.S. without any questions from Homeland security. Will have a Booklet made stating that. if so can you send me one. Thanks charles
Charles – Yes, as soon as the law is implemented, individuals with HIV and AIDS will be able to travel between Canada and the United States. Here is a copy of the Federal Register announcing the decision.
