ICE Workforce Enforcement in New York

Yesterday, the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency (ICE) arrested 12 employees of Empire Warehouse Solutions for forging false social security cards and green cards.  Empire Warehouse Solutions provides services at Stewart International Airport in Newburgh, NY.  It is unclear in the article whether the company will face civil or criminal charges.
