I-140 EB 1-1 Visa for Extraordinary Abilities – 15 months
I-140 EB 1-2 Visa for Outstanding Professors and Researchers – 6 months
I-140 EB 1-3 Visa for Multinational Managers – 18 months
I-140 EB 2 National Interest Waiver – 13 months
