TPS Extended for Sudan and Southern Sudan – Only 340 Anticipated to be Eligible

Last week, the government extended temporary protected status (TPS) for Sudan and Southern Sudan.  The extension is suppose to be for an additional 18 months.  Surprisingly, it is expected that only about 340 individuals will be eligible to continue temporary protected status in the United States.
