The USCIS has announced that, effective immediately, it is resuming premium processing for the R-1 religious worker visa classification. Premium processing allows individuals to receive a decision from USCIS within 15 days of its receiving the petition. To be eligible for premium processing, a petitioner must be willing to pay a $1000 processing fee and be working at a site that has already undergone a successful site inspection.
