As reported by ABC, the FBI is worried about corruption among Customs and Border Protection (CBP) agents who are letting unauthorized individuals into the country in exchange for bribes. In one shocking instance, the FBI caught a CBP agent allowing a tractor trailer of unauthorized individuals into the country after a bribe of $100,000. Let’s hope that the FBI and CBP are able to rout out those bad apples in the CBP. According to the report, currently the CBP is investigating about 100 reports of corruption.
